Solpower has assembled a management team of seasoned business professionals. The group represents a powerhouse of expertise encompassing marketing, banking, business development, administration, accounting and information systems.

Fraser M. Moffat III – Chairman of the Board: 20 years in the international finance business, Mr. Moffat was First Vice President of Institutional Sales at Lehman Brothers, Inc. Hamburg , Germany office, and was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch Pierce & Fenner. Previously, Mr. Moffat served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy and graduated from Williams College in 1951 with a BA degree. 

James H. Hirst – President and CEO  18 years experience in providing consulting services to early stage companies in connection with their operations, financial information systems and legal compliance. Formerly a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police - Commercial Crime Section, Mr. Hirst has a wide experience in all aspects of administration and compliance. 

Gary R. Stewart – Director  Mr. Stewart lives in Sydney, Australia, is 50 years old and has practiced law in Australia since 1986. He has extensive experience in all facets of commercial law and has served on the boards of public companies in Australia, Canada and the USA. He is a member of several private boards in Australia and has been involved in the emerging carbon trading market since 1999 as a director and consultant to a carbon trading company.
