Solpower Announces Relisting on OTCBB January 14, 2008 - SAN PEDRO, CALIFORNIA - Solpower Corporation (OTC BB: SOCR.OB) - an environmental solutions company and manufacturer of Soltron(TM), an enzyme based fuel treatment for liquid fossil fuels, announced today that effective immediately the company's shares have resumed trading on the OTCBB on a 10:1 reverse split basis, trading symbol SOCR.OB. The company is now fully reporting and has consolidated its capital structure in order to launch a new strategy involving board appointments, acquisitions and finance. The company will concentrate on revenue based acquisitions and projects that address environmental challenges such as climate change, renewable energy development, and reduction of "carbon footprints".
